I spent Thanksgiving weekend down on the north fork of Long Island, where my family has a house. For the first time in basically forever, we had a pretty big group, 18 adults and two under the age of one! It finally gave me a chance to shoot my cousin Jake and his wife, Steph, and their almost one year old, Mason.
Mason had just started walking a few weeks prior so he was a hoot to chase around. We started out on our front lawn, then headed down to the beach and then over the McCall Vineyard's ranch to hang out with the cows. Happily the cows are friendly and allowed us to be pretty close to them which made for some extra fun. My aunt Lisa and her husband Dan joined as well, we were only missing Jake's brother, uncle Keene, who wasn't able to join at the last minute, we missed him!
I would be remiss not to mention that Jake and Steph own Shore Soap Company down in Newport, RI. They handcraft beautiful soaps, lotions, scrubs and so much more - all with natural ingredients and lots of love. You can visit their ridiculously cute store on Thames Street or order online, you certainly won't be disappointed!
Mason turned one yesterday so I'd like to give him a big birthday shoutout! Steph and Jake, I had so much fun seeing you guys and I'm so glad you were able to join us for Thanksgiving! Enjoy your weekend celebrating one year of parenthood! xoxo
